This was a newspaper advertisement that one of the attendees at the "Annual Convention of the Custom Tailors and Designers Association of America Inc." placed in their local paper. The convention was held in the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. This ties in to the letter and Western Union Telegram regarding his visit with Truman.
